Pack Your Items
Carefully place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label sent to your email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
